Friend referral terms

The campaign

• Taking part is free.
• An invited friend gets 40% off their first eligible order. The inviter gets a 40% reward after the friend’s eligible order is completed and paid, within the conditions below.
• One benefit applies per new customer.

Discount and eligible dishes

• The discount is capped at €100 per order and needs at least €25 of eligible dishes.
• Only Fahsa, Lamb Mandi, Chicken Mandi, and Chicken Ogda qualify, and KAYAN may change this list. Drinks, desserts, extras and all other products are charged at full price.
• The campaign never combines with other discounts (such as weekly offers, the app discount or loyalty points): you automatically get the best one.

Limits and validity

• An inviter can have up to 5 successful referrals and use up to €300 of reward discounts per calendar month.
• A reward expires after 30 days.
• Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value.

When you get a reward

• No reward for merely sending the link or image, or because the friend only registers.
• An image alone is not enough: a personal code or QR code is needed.
• Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify. If the qualifying order is refunded afterwards, the reward can be revoked.

Abuse

• We use automatic fraud detection. KAYAN may refuse referrals or rewards, or put them under review. No decision is based on IP address or device alone.
• The inviter never sees the friend’s data.

Changes and ending

KAYAN can pause or end the campaign at any time. Existing valid rewards are respected unless there has been abuse.
